Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to reply to you, and we keep it only as long as we need it.

Who we are

Vantage View Consultants (“VVC”, “we”) is a consultancy with its registered office in Mumbai (MH), India. We are the data fiduciary for the personal data described here, under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What the forms collect, and why

Enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, company or organisation name (optional), the service you’re interested in, and your message. We use these only to understand your enquiry and reply to you.

Careers form: your name, email address, phone number, area of interest, LinkedIn profile URL and an optional note. We use these only to consider you for current or future engagements and to contact you about them.

If you share information about a student or minor in an enquiry, please do so only as their parent or lawful guardian, or with their guardian’s consent.

Where your submission goes

Each submission is checked for spam by Cloudflare Turnstile and then sent by email to info@vantageviewconsultants.com. It is not added to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share it with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to 12 months afterwards. We keep careers submissions for up to 12 months so we can reach out when there’s a fit. After that, we delete them.

Your rights, and how to ask for deletion

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data you’ve shared, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@vantageviewconsultants.com with the subject “Privacy request”, and we will respond within 30 days.
